Director, Technical Product Owner - Private Equity Portfolio Company - $190,000-$210,000 Base Salary. A unique opportunity to lead and execute software development initiatives within a service line of one of the world’s largest private equity firms key investments. Backed by substantial funding, this organization is undergoing a significant and fast-paced transformation. As part of this evolution, they have created a brand-new position for an individual to lead and deliver software development initiatives across the relevant service line. This is a highly visible role within the IT Development team. Core responsibilities include fostering a culture of continuous improvement through the promotion of automation and AI, acting as the technical subject matter expert for the service line, and translating complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in complex environments, skilled at managing stakeholder relationships to ensure top-tier talent is aligned to the organization, solutions-focused, and capable to operate at multiple levels as the situation requires. Experience within buy-side financial services or other regulated sectors would be advantageous, though not required. Strong SQL proficiency and a solid development background are essential.
