We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with healthcare experience for a 6+ month remote contract (CST hours). The ideal candidate will lead product strategy and execution for healthcare solutions, working closely with engineering, clinical, business, and compliance stakeholders. This role requires strong ownership of the product lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and experience navigating healthcare regulations and data standards. Position: Senior Product Manager Location: Remote (CST time zone) Duration: 6+ Months Role Overview The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision, driving roadmap execution, and delivering high-quality healthcare products that meet business, clinical, and regulatory needs. This individual will act as the voice of the customer and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and optimization • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business and healthcare objectives • Gather and prioritize requirements from clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Partner with engineering, UX, data, compliance, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery • Ensure products comply with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, PHI handling) • Analyze product performance using KPIs and user feedback to drive continuous improvement • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities • Communicate product status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with healthcare domain experience • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, data, and regulatory requirements • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment (CST hours) Preferred Qualifications • Experience with healthcare platforms such as EHR/EMR, claims, payer systems, or clinical applications • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) • Prior experience working with distributed engineering teams
