Intern – Business Analyst (Sales Operations) ABOUT THE ROLE As part of the America’s team, SANY is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern – Business Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. With the strong investment and backing of SANY Group, the Americas business continues to grow, and this internship provides a valuable opportunity to support that growth through data-driven insights and operational support. This role is responsible for assisting with sales data analysis, reporting, and process optimization to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to sales operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to the success of the broader sales team as SANY America continues to expand its market presence. With current revenues just short of $1B, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase their market share. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist with gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to produce reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy • Support sales process optimization by ensuring data accuracy and maintaining sales tools and systems • Update and maintain the CRM system with relevant and accurate sales data • Collaborate with sales teams to create and distribute sales collateral, presentations, and other enablement materials • Conduct market and competitor research to support sales strategy development and identify potential opportunities • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking sales activities • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to support alignment on sales goals and operational efficiency REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Data Analytics, or a related field (junior or senior standing preferred) • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Reliable attendance and ability to meet internship scheduling requirements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Basic knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms • Coursework or exposure to data analysis, reporting, or sales operations • Prior internship or part-time experience in sales, marketing, operations, or analytics SKILLS & COMPETENCIES • Data analysis and reporting fundamentals • Attention to detail and data accuracy • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Collaboration and teamwork • Initiative, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS REMOTE TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS • No travel COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Hands-on experience in Sales Operations and exposure to multiple aspects of the sales cycle • Mentorship and professional development opportunities • Collaborative and inclusive work environment • Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with internship guidelines EQUAL OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT SANY America is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
