We’re dedicated to spreading joy and making the holiday season brighter for those in need. As our Assistant Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the success of our holiday operations. Position Overview: We are seeking undergraduate, or recent college graduate as a detail-oriented and highly organized Assistant Project Manager to join our team for the holiday season. This temporary role is vital to ensuring the smooth execution of our annual project, and it requires a flexible schedule, including some weekend days in December. Key Responsibilities: • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records. • Purchase gifts according to project guidelines. • Receive and organize incoming gifts. • Handle moderate lifting and moving of boxes, up to 40 lbs. • Direct and manage volunteers effectively. • Maintain organization of the workspace. • Collaborate with a small team and work independently when necessary. Requirements: • Availability from November 17th through December 20th, including some Saturdays and Sundays in December. • Flexibility with scheduling to meet project demands. • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • A positive attitude and the ability to work well both in a team and independently. • Must have a working laptop computer.
