Description We are urgently seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Profile/PSL language for an upcoming project in the U.S. banking domain. The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience with Profile/PSL programming, GT.M, and financial services systems while being capable of delivering scalable, reliable, and compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and enhance solutions using Profile/PSL and GT.M Customize and implement banking products including account relationships, ACH, debit card processing, and compliance modules Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements Integrate core banking systems with SOA- or microservices-based applications Ensure adherence to U.S. banking regulations, compliance standards, and best practices Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain system performance in mission-critical applications Requirements 6+ years of hands-on programming experience with Profile/PSL Strong proficiency with GT.M (Greystone Technology M) Deep understanding of the U.S. banking domain, including product customizations, account management, ACH, debit card processing, and regulatory compliance Experience working with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) or microservices-based applications Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
