Title: Quality Control Analyst 1st shift Pay range: $28.00-$36.00/per hour Work Schedule: 1st shift 8:00am-4:00pm Mon-Fri EST Location: Framingham, MA About The Role Sanofi's contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, is seeking a Quality Control Analyst for a 12-month contract. This position plays a critical role in quality testing operations and supports the implementation of new technologies within the Quality Control (QC) team. Key Responsibilities • Perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process, and final products in accordance with SOPs for product release and validation. • Participate in daily QDCI (Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation) meetings to review schedules. • Conduct data review and preliminary evaluation of results. • Assist with the development and execution of test methods. • Solve problems using limited predetermined options (e.g., repeating assays when parameters are not met). • Provide input to the technical composition of operating documentation. • Contribute to the completion of routine technical tasks with close supervision. • Maintain 80% lab-based focus on assay assignments and data packet generation. Shift • 1st Shift Requirements • 1–3 years of experience as a Quality Control Analyst. • Familiarity with GDP principles and ALCOA standards (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate). • Experience with Perkin Elmer Spectrometer LAMBDA 365+. • Understanding of standard quality control practices. • Ability to follow SOPs and contribute to routine lab operations with high attention to detail.
