Role Overview: As a Production Support Manager at Sanofi, you will lead and oversee the production support operations to ensure continuous, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes. Your role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence and supporting cross-functional teams to meet production goals and regulatory standards. What You'll Do: - You will manage and coordinate production support activities to minimize downtime and optimize manufacturing efficiency. - You will lead a team of support specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance management. - You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and engineering teams to resolve production issues promptly. - You will develop and implement process improvements to enhance production reliability and compliance. - You will monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management. - You will ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in all production support activities. - You will manage vendor relationships and coordinate external support services as needed. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to support Sanofi’s commitment to operational excellence. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in production support or manufacturing operations management. - Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools. - Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification. - Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems. - Advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
