Role Overview: As a Production Support Manager at Sanofi, you will lead and coordinate the support activities that ensure continuous and efficient manufacturing operations. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high-quality production standards and resolving operational challenges to meet our commitment of delivering 4.3 billion healthcare solutions annually. What You'll Do: - You will manage and oversee the production support team to ensure timely resolution of manufacturing issues. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize production processes. - You will develop and implement strategies to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency. - You will monitor production metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making. - You will lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address production disruptions. - You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. - You will facilitate continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing performance. - You will mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing support organization. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in production support or manufacturing operations management. - Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments. - Proficiency with production management software and data analysis tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies. - Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems. - Advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
