Role Overview: As a Production Support Manager, you will lead and oversee the production support operations to ensure continuous, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes. Your role is vital in maintaining high-quality standards and resolving production issues promptly to support Sanofi’s mission of delivering healthcare solutions flawlessly. What You'll Do: - You will manage and coordinate production support activities to minimize downtime and optimize manufacturing efficiency. - You will lead a team of support specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance management. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve production issues. - You will implement and maintain production support processes and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - You will analyze production data to identify trends and recommend improvements. - You will oversee incident management and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of production disruptions. - You will ensure effective communication and reporting of production status to senior management. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production support capabilities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in production support or manufacturing operations management. - Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments. - Proficiency with production management software and data analysis tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing industry. - Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies. - Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems. - Advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
