Role Overview: As a Production Support Manager at Sanofi, you will lead and coordinate the support activities that ensure continuous and efficient manufacturing operations. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high-quality production standards and resolving operational challenges to meet our healthcare delivery commitments. What You'll Do: - You will manage and oversee production support teams to ensure timely resolution of manufacturing issues. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve operational efficiency. - You will monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and compliance. - You will lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - You will ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and company standards in all production activities. - You will communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on production status and challenges. - You will develop and maintain documentation related to production support processes. - You will mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in production support or manufacturing operations management. - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory requirements. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with production management software and data analysis tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies. - Advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field. - Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
