Job Title: Associate Director, Health System Solutions - Vaccines Location: Remote/Field About the Job The Account Management Sales organization is a highly skilled team serving our largest and most complex customers while also managing our highest valued vaccine contracts. The customers we call on primarily include Health Systems, IDNs, Federal, PBGs, GPOs, Wholesalers / Distributors, and state Awardees. As the Associate Director, Health System Solutions, you will be responsible for supporting the need identification and development of all health system customer facing solutions. You will work alongside SAMs and DNAs and their customers to identify opportunities to create custom solutions and will do so by being 100% customer facing. You will be responsible for taking customer needs, developing and launching assets and solutions that our customer facing SAMs and DNAs will be able to use in promotion with their C and D suite customers. You will be considered the subject matter expert on health systems and will attend daily meetings with C and D suite customers, attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends. Main Responsibilities: Through direct customer engagements, you will uncover current and future health system market trends, and translate that knowledge into strategy and customer facing solutions Envision new solutions to meet the needs of the market, strategic, and national accounts Develop off-the shelf solutions that enable the use of Sanofi’s vaccines and improved immunization rates across all organized customers Co-Solution solutions with Health System customers that enable the use of Sanofi’s vaccines and improve immunization rates through Health System customer meetings, site visits observation sessions, and HIT company customer meetings. Serve as a subject matter expert on current healthcare trends, in highly progressive and complex markets with a strong understanding of latest trends for technology and market in the digital space. Work with an agile mindset (addressing ambiguity, working comfortably outside of existing processes or structures, establishing networks across stakeholders to drive influence and alignment, testing and learning to drive a culture of innovation, focusing on the strategic accounts experience). Conduct field rides to work side-bv-side the Account Management organization (to build customer relationships, gain insights, and conduct gap analyses on solutions being utilized in the market by our customers. Capture call activity details in a CRM platform to evaluate overall activity, focus of interactions, and solutions utilized/needing to be developed Collaborate with the US Vaccines Franchise Leads and Brand Liaison Lead on strategic priorities, ensuring best practices are continuously shared within and outside of the US Vaccines Commercial Team Collaborate across multiple internal and external teams to sponsor/serve as a change agent internally around health systems. Partner with Training team to launch new assets, identify topics aligned to brand and HIT strategy to train on new trends, new technology, and broader health systems/organized customer trends. Solutions lead for Marketing Advisory Committee alongside SAMD lead to ensure all assets incorporate voice of the customer and market insights in their build and address needs of our customers for brand growth Drive multiple projects from ideation through to execution Coordinate the work of multiple external vendors and internal departments including Agency Partners, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Operations, Training, and IT Develop dashboards with analytics to effectively analyze the impact of solutions, assets, and initiatives Work in a self-directed and organized manner using excellent planning and organizational skills, proactively managing and prioritizing strategies, initiatives, and workload in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. About You Basic qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, Advanced Degree Preferred Experience calling on large, organized customers (health systems, medical groups, IDNs, W/Ds, GPOs) 3+ years working in a commercial function that requires cross-functional collaboration 3+ years experience building customer facing assets and solutions Experience leading or working on multi – level operations plans or key projects Exceptional business acumen, strategic agility, strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with entrepreneurial qualities and abilities Relationship builder with strong track record of execution working with cross-functional teams comprised of: All customer facing teams, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Trade, Medical Affairs, Legal, Business Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Support, etc. Preferred qualifications: Related experience in commercial and marketing with previous operations experience of sizeable business preferably with Pharma / vaccines /Consumer products and external stakeholder management experience required MBA or other relevant advanced degree Embodies Sanofi’s Play to Win behaviors to support a cultural transformation.
