Role Overview We're seeking a driven Junior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a high-activity, outbound-first role focused on the SMB and Mid-market segments. You'll own your pipeline from the first touch to close — prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and winning. What You'll Do Own outbound prospecting using Apollo.io and other tools to build and manage your pipeline daily Identify, reach out to, and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach, email sequences, and social selling Conduct product demos that clearly communicate Introzy's value proposition to SMB and Mid-market buyers Manage your full sales cycle from first contact to close Collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure a smooth handoff and great buyer experience Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets Keep your CRM data clean and your forecasting accurate Stay sharp on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem best practices What We're Looking For Required: 1–2 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred, but we'll consider strong SDR/BDR backgrounds too) Hands-on experience with Apollo.io for prospecting and outbound sequencing Proven ability to self-source pipeline — you don't wait for inbound, you go find your deals Coachable, competitive, and driven by results Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and in a demo Comfortable with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Nice to Have: Familiarity with the partner ecosystem, PRM, or channel sales space Experience selling to operations, partnerships, or revenue leaders Comfort with AI-assisted sales tools Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential Performance-based bonus structure Flexible PTO policy Remote-friendly work environment Real career growth — with direct exposure to executive leadership (you'll report to the President & COO) Professional development and sales training support Why Join Introzy?
