Full Description

Job Description: • Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and status reporting. • Provide strategic planning and executive facilitation, including leadership workshops, decision forums, and sponsor alignment. • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder impact and readiness assessments. • Create, develop, and deliver communication materials, including executive presentations, messaging, and end-user communications. • Design, develop, and facilitate training materials and programs, including decks, job aids, guides, digital and asynchronous learning, live and/or virtual training sessions. • Drive hands-on implementation of project plans, change activities, communications, and training, ensuring alignment with milestones and measurable adoption outcomes. Requirements: • 7+ years experience in project management, with direct ownership of delivery outcomes. • Demonstrated experience in data governance, change management, communications, and training design and facilitation. • Digital and asynchronous learning development experience using Storyboard, Rise, and Camtasia • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner® (or equivalent, recognized change management certification) required. • Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills across executive and frontline audiences. • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. • Hands-on project and change management experience delivering large-scale enterprise initiatives, such as Salesforce implementations, sales process and pricing changes, data management and governance programs, and industrial or environmental transformations. • Professional, executive level presence and the ability to work on video for meetings, workshops and training facilitation. • Please indicate what hours you can work consistently on a part time schedule working MST or CST hours to be considered.
