Full Description

Job Description: • Own the integrated project plan and ensure cross-functional alignment to business goals. • Establish scalable, repeatable processes to manage high-volume equipment replacement activities. • Coordinate workflow across engineering, supply chain, and field operations teams including within Hubs and colocation facilities. • Lead project meetings, set expectations, and hold teams accountable for commitments. • Partner with stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and proactive issue resolution. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through metrics, feedback, and collaboration. • Provide clear, data-driven progress reporting and dashboards for executive visibility. • Identify risks and dependencies, establish escalation paths, and drive timely resolution. • Integrate governance, compliance, and quality assurance into all deliverables. Requirements: • Candidates must have strong practical experience in program and/or project management, which was gained through managing large, high volume and complex projects. • 5+ years of program/project management experience using formal project management methodology. • Strong background in broadband, cable, phone, satellite, or wireless infrastructure projects. • Preference for direct experience with network infrastructure, port migrations, shelf/card installs and decommissions, wave service migrations, EPON or large-scale CPE replacement. (especially in any of the following areas Cable, Managed Services, RF, WiFi, Wireless, Mobile, Broadband, Video, Voice) • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in complex, high-volume environments. • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present to executives. • Solid knowledge of supply chain procedures, planning, and risk mitigation. • Hands-on proficiency with MS Planner/Project, Jira, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Ability to think analytically and process information quickly, presenting it in a succinct and insightful format suitable for executives.
