Role Overview: As a Project Manager, Learning & Development and Instructional Designer at Sand Cherry Associates, you will lead the creation and implementation of innovative learning programs that enhance client capabilities and drive organizational growth. This role combines project management expertise with instructional design to deliver engaging, effective training solutions. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end learning and development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals. - You will design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training guides. - You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that is accurate, relevant, and engaging. - You will analyze learning needs and evaluate program effectiveness through data-driven assessments. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. - You will maintain project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders regularly. - You will stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into learning solutions. - You will facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed to support client development. What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in project management within learning and development or instructional design. - Proficiency with instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills. - Experience with data analysis and learning management systems (LMS) is preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or equivalent). - Experience working in a consulting environment or with client-facing roles. - Knowledge of digital learning technologies and multimedia production. - Familiarity with change management and organizational development concepts.
