Role Overview: As a Project Manager, Learning & Development and Instructional Designer, you will lead the creation and implementation of innovative learning programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational growth. You will manage projects from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end learning and development projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. - You will design engaging instructional materials and e-learning content tailored to diverse audiences. - You will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop curriculum that meets client needs. - You will analyze learning outcomes and use data to continuously improve program effectiveness. - You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning solutions seamlessly. - You will oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. - You will facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed. - You will stay current with industry trends to incorporate innovative learning technologies. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within learning and development or instructional design. - Proficiency in instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar. - Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills. - Experience with data analysis and applying insights to improve learning programs. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or equivalent). - Experience with multimedia content creation and graphic design. - Background in customer-centric or digital transformation projects. - Familiarity with emerging learning technologies like VR/AR or AI-driven platforms.
