Job Title: Project Manager, Learning & Development and Instructional Designer Company Overview: Sand Cherry Associates is a forward-thinking consulting firm specializing in the design and delivery of strategic, customer-centric initiatives. Role Overview: As a Project Manager, Learning & Development and Instructional Designer, you will lead the development and execution of innovative learning programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design engaging instructional materials and manage projects from conception through delivery. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end learning and development projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. - You will design and develop instructional content using adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies. - You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training materials. - You will analyze learning needs and evaluate program effectiveness to continuously improve training initiatives. - You will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met. - You will utilize digital tools and platforms to deliver and track learning programs. - You will lead training sessions and workshops as needed to support learning objectives. - You will maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates to leadership. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and instructional design within a corporate or consulting environment. - Proficiency in instructional design software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools. - Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or equivalent). - Experience in data-driven learning program design and evaluation. - Background in digital transformation or technology-enabled learning solutions. - Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia production tools.
