Role Overview: As a Project Manager in Learning & Development and Instructional Designer, you will lead the creation and implementation of innovative training programs that enhance employee skills and organizational performance. This role combines project management expertise with instructional design to deliver engaging, effective learning experiences aligned with business goals. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end learning and development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives. - You will design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training manuals. - You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into effective training solutions. - You will utilize data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and measure their impact. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to support project execution. - You will maintain project documentation and communicate progress to clients and internal teams. - You will stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within learning and development or instructional design. - Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with data analysis and learning management systems (LMS). Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or equivalent). - Experience working in a consulting environment. - Knowledge of digital transformation and data-driven learning solutions. - Advanced skills in multimedia content creation.
