Role Overview: As a Project Manager in Learning & Development and Instructional Designer, you will lead the creation and implementation of innovative training programs that enhance employee skills and support organizational growth. Your role is pivotal in managing projects from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and learning objectives. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end learning and development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. - You will design engaging instructional materials and e-learning modules tailored to diverse audiences. - You will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content that meets strategic business needs. - You will analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights. - You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning solutions seamlessly. - You will oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. - You will facilitate workshops and training sessions to support learner engagement. - You will stay current with industry trends to incorporate best practices into learning strategies. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within learning and development or instructional design. - Proficiency in instructional design software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and e-learning methodologies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills. - Experience with data analysis and learning management systems (LMS). Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Instructional Design (CPLP). - Experience working in a consulting environment. - Knowledge of digital transformation and customer experience strategies. - Familiarity with agile project management techniques.
