Description Addepar Reporting Specialist This position is for Sanctuary Wealth - Corporate. Summary The Reporting Specialist is responsible for assisting Sanctuary Partners in Addepar training, performance reporting, account maintenance, data quality and integrity checks. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities • Experience with operational platforms such as Schwab, Pershing, Fidelity • Intermediate to advanced Excel spreadsheet proficiency – position weighs heavily on Excel functions/formulas • Positive attitude, excellent work ethic and team player • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take accountability for performance/work product • Ability to complete other functions as assigned within Operations, as needed • Polished oral and written communication skills • Preferred experience with Portfolio management software • Required experience with Addepar • Working knowledge of data feeds a plus • Working knowledge of Addepar’s trading tool a plus • Experience onboarding advisors from other platforms (Orion, Black Diamond, Envestnet, etc) Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Provide Addepar training for onboarding partners • Review monthly and quarter end audits for performance reporting purposes • Identify missing or incomplete processes to improve reporting offering • Complete data audits on regular time intervals • Trouble shoot account performance • Support performance report building • Review and resolve open items with Addepar • Maintaining offline & online accounts (specifically alternatives)
