Role Overview: As an HRIS Solutions Developer specializing in Integrations for Workday Supply Chain Finance, you will play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining our human capital management systems. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration and functionality, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional care through efficient and innovative technology solutions. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems to support supply chain finance operations. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, finance, and IT to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. - You will troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to minimize system downtime. - You will participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities to ensure smooth transitions. - You will document integration processes, configurations, and workflows for knowledge sharing and compliance. - You will monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. - You will provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders as needed. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS development with a focus on Workday integrations. - Strong knowledge of Workday Supply Chain Finance modules and related integration tools. - Proficiency in integration technologies such as Workday Studio, EIB, and web services. - Experience with data mapping, transformation, and API management. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-related HRIS systems. - Familiarity with other ERP systems and financial software. - Certification in Workday Integration or related technologies. - Knowledge of compliance standards and data security best practices.
