Role Overview: As an HRIS Solutions Developer specializing in Integrations for Workday Supply Chain Finance, you will play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining our human capital management systems. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration and efficient data flow between Workday and other enterprise systems, supporting our operational and financial goals. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday Supply Chain Finance and other internal systems. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure system reliability and data accuracy. - You will participate in testing and deployment of new features and updates. - You will document integration processes and maintain technical documentation. - You will monitor system performance and recommend improvements. - You will support compliance with data security and privacy standards. - You will provide training and support to end-users as needed. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS development or systems integration, preferably with Workday. - Strong knowledge of Workday Supply Chain Finance modules and integration tools. - Proficiency in integration technologies such as Workday Studio, EIB, and web services. - Experience with data mapping, transformation, and API management. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-related systems. - Knowledge of other ERP systems and financial software. - Certification in Workday Integration or related technologies. - Familiarity with data security regulations and compliance standards.
