About the Department The Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk (ARC) office is recruiting for Records Technician Supervisors I. This role involves overseeing document recording, property and land records research, and County Clerk services. Records Technician Supervisor I is the entry-level supervisory position within the Records Technician series, responsible for supervising, planning, and coordinating the work of Records Technicians and support staff. The role involves travel to satellite offices, events, and supporting the RV-Mobile unit. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, preparing and signing work performance evaluations, planning and organizing tasks related to legal documents, and managing support operations in the Recorder and County Clerk divisions.
