Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Plantation, FL, for a Keyholder at SAS. The Keyholder will assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, and delivering outstanding customer service. Additional responsibilities include supporting retail sales efforts, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience, and fostering product knowledge among team members. Qualifications • Strong understanding of Product Knowledge to effectively assist customers and recommend footwear options. • Excellent Communication skills to engage with customers and collaborate with team members. • Experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service to meet sales goals and create a welcoming environment. • Dedication to enhancing the Customer Experience by providing personalized service and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Leadership abilities to take initiative, support store operations, and assist in training team members. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail experience preferred, along with a passion for footwear and customer care. • Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and holidays, is a plus.
