Samsung HVAC America is seeking a Regional Technical Services Manager to oversee the technical operations of HVAC systems across multiple retail locations. This role is responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs. Responsibilities • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across retail locations in the region • Manage and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, providing training and support to enhance their technical skills • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for energy savings and operational improvements • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting regular audits and inspections Skills • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC management or technical services • Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses • Experience in the retail trade industry • Project management certification • Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainability practices Company Overview • Samsung HVAC America delivers industry-leading heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions engineered for the next generation of indoor comfort.
