Description: • Define Strategy: Shape the long-term (3+ year) direction & roadmap for account and commerce experience, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. • Build New Experiences: Relentlessly focus on customer needs, delivering net new experiences urgently and iteratively • Drive Impact: Influence the organization to pursue complex, shared objectives and achieve ambitious goals. Have a function-wide impact and contribute to the overall functional strategy. • Build, Develop, and Lead teams: Lead and develop product and project teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. • Champion Our Principles: Instill a culture of simplicity and efficiency, eliminating bureaucracy by leading the evolution of organizational structures, tools, and technologies. Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared goals. Requirements: • Proven experience as a leader of product teams, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling account management and self-serve commerce products. • Experience in a Director-level role or equivalent, managing multiple teams and product portfolios. • Demonstrated ability to drive a product strategy from conception through to launch and post-launch optimization. • Strong understanding of customer account management, billing, invoicing, and inventory systems. • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence cross functional teams at an executive level. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a focus on building and inspiring high-performing teams.
