What You'll Do: - You will lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery. - You will develop comprehensive work plans, timelines, and resource allocations within established guidelines. - You will monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively. - You will communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates and manage expectations. - You will ensure projects adhere to quality standards and comply with company policies. - You will facilitate problem-solving sessions to address challenges and optimize project performance. - You will manage budgets and track expenditures to maintain financial control over programs. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the technology sector. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. - Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams. - Proficient in project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Bonus Points If You Have: - PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications. - Experience working in a fully remote environment. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
