What You'll Do: - You will develop detailed work plans and schedules to guide project execution within established guidelines. - You will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication. - You will monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - You will manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates and transparent reporting. - You will oversee resource allocation and budget management to optimize project delivery. - You will facilitate problem-solving sessions to address challenges and remove obstacles. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and lessons learned. What You Bring: - You bring at least 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the technology sector. - You have strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. - You possess excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams. - You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. - You are proficient with project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana. - You hold a relevant certification such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile Certified Practitioner. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience managing remote or distributed teams. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. - Background in risk management and quality assurance. - Knowledge of cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
