Role Overview: As a Data Engineer focused on Human Capital, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. Your work will enable the seamless integration and analysis of workforce data, supporting strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will develop, construct, test, and maintain data architectures and pipelines tailored to human capital data. - You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and HR teams to understand data needs and deliver robust solutions. - You will ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all human capital data systems. - You will optimize data workflows for performance and scalability. - You will troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly. - You will document data processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. - You will stay current with emerging data engineering technologies and best practices. - You will support the migration and integration of data from various sources into centralized platforms. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in data engineering or related roles. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and human capital data structures. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark. - Familiarity with HRIS systems and human capital analytics. - Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards. - Prior experience working in a fully remote role.
