Role Overview: As a Data Engineer focused on Human Capital, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure that support our human capital analytics and reporting solutions. Your work will enable data-driven decision-making and enhance the overall employee experience. What You'll Do: - You will develop, construct, test, and maintain data architectures and pipelines to support human capital data needs. - You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions. - You will ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all human capital data systems. - You will optimize data workflows for performance and reliability. - You will troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly. - You will document data processes and maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams. - You will stay current with emerging data engineering technologies and best practices. - You will support the integration of new data sources and tools into the existing infrastructure. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering or a related field. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks. - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar. - Familiarity with human capital management systems and data is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Python or Scala for data processing. - Knowledge of data warehousing solutions like Snowflake or Redshift. - Understanding of data governance and compliance standards. - Prior experience working in a fully remote or telecommute role.
