What You'll Do: - You will analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - You will develop and maintain data models and dashboards to support business needs. - You will write clean, efficient code for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights. - You will prepare detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. - You will ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and testing. - You will assist in automating repetitive data tasks to improve efficiency. - You will stay updated with the latest data analysis tools and techniques. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field. - You are proficient in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R. - You have strong skills in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. - You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - You have experience working with large datasets and data cleaning techniques. - You demonstrate strong communication skills to present complex data clearly. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of machine learning basics and predictive analytics. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and remote work best practices. - Certification in data analytics or related fields.
