Job Summary Samp Surad Group Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to support the company’s growth by identifying new opportunities, building prospective client relationships, and managing outreach and follow-up activities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Operations, this role will help strengthen the sales pipeline, develop strategic partnerships, and coordinate with internal teams to convert opportunities into successful projects. Responsibilities • Identify and develop relationships with contractors, subcontractors, developers, architects, and strategic industry partners. • Generate and qualify leads through market research, targeted outreach, referrals, and professional networks. • Promote services including estimation, rebar shop drawings, formwork and shoring design, 3-D visualization, and site superintendent support. • Support proposal development, client presentations, pricing coordination, and opportunity follow-ups. • Maintain the business development pipeline and provide regular updates to the Senior Manager, Business Operations. • Support the company’s expansion into new markets and service areas. • Coordinate the transition of confirmed opportunities to project managers, estimators, and delivery teams. • Identify opportunities for recurring engagements, expanded services, and long-term client partnerships. • This role will report to the Business Operations Senior Manager. Skills • Strong prospecting, lead-generation, and client-outreach capabilities. • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to research markets, identify opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships. • Experience supporting proposals, presentations, pricing discussions, and client follow-ups. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads, priorities, and deadlines. • Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, project managers, estimators, and technical teams. • Familiarity with construction, engineering, design, or related professional services.
