Industry: Healthcare About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sourcing Specialist to manage our end-to-end sourcing operations. This role will focus on developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and delivering cost savings while mitigating organizational risk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, negotiation, and project management, ideally within the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals and budget objectives. • Conduct spend analysis and market research to identify opportunities for cost savings and supplier optimization. • Lead the RFx process (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and manage supplier selection and evaluation. • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms while minimizing risk. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and act as a trusted sourcing advisor. • Monitor supplier performance and provide input for future sourcing initiatives. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, particularly in healthcare procurement. Qualifications: • 4–7 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement. • Strong project management skills with the ability to define deliverables and meet critical milestones. • Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management. • Ability to develop and lead sourcing events and cross-functional projects. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry.
