Description: • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive talent strategy • Define and implement a scalable talent acquisition strategy • Develop frameworks for consistent, efficient, and sustainable hiring programs • Introduce and institutionalize progressive sourcing practices • Build proactive pipelines for critical roles and emerging skills • Lead and develop a regional team of talent acquisition professionals • Strengthen the organization’s employer brand globally • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to measure recruiting effectiveness • Partner with executives, HR leaders, and business units to anticipate workforce needs Requirements: • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience • Proven track record at a senior level in global organizations • Expertise in designing and executing international talent strategies • Strong understanding of modern sourcing practices, talent intelligence, and workforce technology platforms • Experience in building programmatic resourcing models and leading large-scale recruiting operations • Ability to influence and build relationships with senior executives, boards, and global business partners • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decisions and measure outcomes • Exceptional communication, leadership, and change management skills.
