Role’s Objective We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to take ownership of our marketing initiatives, from planning to execution. This role will require strong project management skills while overseeing the development and management of marketing campaigns, social media, content, events, and more. Key Responsibilities • Campaign Project Management: Own and manage organizing and tracking marketing projects using Jira, ensuring campaigns and tasks (digital, email, social, content, and paid media) are completed on time, team collaboration is streamlined, and campaign progress is effectively managed. • Social Media Management: Own and manage SALT’s presence across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Develop content strategies, engage with the community, and analyze performance metrics. • Podcast Management: Coordinate end-to-end podcast production, including guest outreach, scheduling, script coordination, recording logistics, publishing, and promotional asset management. • Content Creation & Oversight: Collaborate on blog posts, newsletters, press releases, website content, and other materials to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice. • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email campaigns, including monthly newsletters, product announcements, and customer engagement initiatives. • Event Marketing: Support SALT’s presence at industry conferences (e.g., BTC2025, WAGMI), including booth setup, promotional materials, and networking strategies. • Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and compliance teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Requirements • 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, crypto, or financial services. • Strong understanding of project management, digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management. • Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, and a Project Management tool like Asana or Trello (Jira/Confluence an extra bonus!) • Experience running paid campaigns and analyzing performance data. • Excellent writing and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Strong leadership aptitude. • Proven relationship builder. • Delivers consistent and complete execution in a timely manner with a proven track record of on-time/under budget project completion. • A creative and structured thinker with a willingness to try new things. Entrepreneurial mindset. • Excellent analytical skills used to make educated recommendations and decisions for future marketing initiatives. Preferred Candidate Experience • Passion for Bitcoin, crypto, and blockchain technology is a big plus! • Familiarity with banking rules, regulations, laws, and all policies and procedures • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related area of study. • Background working in or managing agencies. • Exposure to and/or understanding of AML/KYC Compliance experience with consumer and business lenders. • Experience with financial services/FinTech/blockchain or related fields. • Experience with global marketing strategies and appealing to multiple cultural audiences.
