Duties • Lead and supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served • Oversee menu planning and development, incorporating current culinary trends and dietary requirements to delight diverse customer preferences • Manage inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and ensure cost-effective purchasing • Supervise staff scheduling, shift management, and training programs to cultivate a skilled, motivated team committed to exceptional service • Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and health regulations across all kitchen activities • Coordinate catering events, banquet functions, and fine dining experiences with precision and professionalism • Monitor quality control throughout the food production process, ensuring high standards are met consistently • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement Qualifications • Proven experience in restaurant management or culinary leadership roles with a strong background in fine dining environments • Extensive knowledge of food industry best practices including food safety, handling, storage, and sanitation standards • Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, and catering operations • Supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively while maintaining high morale • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques • Excellent communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with staff and other departments • Background in banquet experience and dietary department knowledge is highly desirable • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us as our Head Chef / Manager to elevate our culinary offerings through innovative leadership and unwavering dedication.
