We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to the Office Manager and Executive Director. Position Overview The Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the center. This individual will assist the Office Manager in areas such as scheduling, intake coordination, marketing coordination, and general administrative duties. The role is ideal for someone highly organized, computer savy, quick to learn, proactive, and eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with scheduling staff and client sessions. • Monitor and maintain office supplies, preparing order requests as needed. • Provide administrative support for daily office operations. • Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. • Provide clerical support to the Office Manager and Executive Director as needed. • Support the preparation of reports, forms, and internal communications. Qualifications • Associate’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience a plus. • 2-3 years of administrative or office support experience (healthcare, therapy, or education setting preferred but not required). • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive). • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Schedule & Pay • Part-Time (up to 25 hours per week) • Schedule to be determined with flexibility around center needs. • Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
