Physical Therapist The Physical Therapist evaluates and assesses patients to determine mobility levels, physical conditions, and functional abilities. This role involves planning and developing individual and group exercise programs for maintenance therapy, providing a comprehensive physical therapy program, and ensuring high standards of patient care. Setting: Outpatient Clinic Population: Geriatric population Monday - Friday NO WEEKENDS Responsibilities: • Collect and document patient data, identify problems, and set priorities • Develop care plans with measurable goals and interdisciplinary collaboration • Provide and document prescribed treatments, ensuring adherence to standards • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation needs and interventions • Supervise aides and staff, ensuring cost-effective rehabilitation practice • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning • Effective teamwork and communication with the team • Maintain patient confidentiality. • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Licensed Physical Therapist • 2 years of Physical Therapist expirence • Will accept newly Licensed • 1 year of experience with a frail or elderly population preferred • Clinical competency with the geriatric population • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and required auto insurance If you're interested, please reply to this advertisement or directly email your resume to me at Dennise.StaffingConsultant@gmail.com or by calling/texting (949) 295-5951.
