Job Description: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within federal civilian agencies, including leaders, administrators, and IT professionals. • Understand the unique needs and challenges of federal civilian agencies and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. • Drive adoption and usage of Salesforce products and services within your accounts. • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the success of your accounts. • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. • Track and report on key account metrics, including sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the technology sector • Enterprise SaaS is preferred • Experience working with federal civilian agencies or within the public sector • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to a variety of audiences • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Benefits: • time off programs • medical • dental • vision • mental health support • paid parental leave • life and disability insurance • 401(k) • employee stock purchasing program
