## Job overview To get the best candidate experience, please consider applying for a maximum of 3 roles within 12 months to ensure you are not duplicating efforts. Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM and Agentforce is the future of AI for the supply chain. Agentforce for Supply Chain aims to reimagine supply chain operations by empowering companies to collaborate and automate complex business processes on a single platform. As the Director of Product Management, Intelligent Process Automation - Platform & Integrations, you will focus on platform quality and trust (for example, security and permissions) and own critical integration points to the platform. We are seeking a customer-obsessed team member with experience delivering enterprise products, passion for solving big problems with creative solutions, and commitment to speed and quality. ## What this work looks like You will own the feature lifecycle for specific components or minor feature tracks from discovery through launch and iteration. Translating high-level strategic goals into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, designs, and technical acceptance criteria for engineering will be core to the role. You will act as the voice of the customer in development, manage the product backlog, prioritize sprints, and drive consistent delivery using Agile methodologies. Day-to-day you will: - Conduct detailed user interviews and quantitative analysis to understand the pain points of supply chain operators and identify product opportunities - Partner directly with Engineering and Design (UX/UI) to ensure technical feasibility and deliver intuitive, enterprise-grade user experiences - Work on robust permission models, integrations, and large-scale data governance as part of platform responsibilities You should be comfortable writing clear, concise technical specifications and working with engineering on technical acceptance criteria. Experience designing features in Figma with little design support is listed as a preferred capability. ## Experience and skills we expect The position requires 10+ years of product management experience. You should have experience building external-facing products in enterprise B2B Saa. S environments and experience managing, developing, and scaling product management teams. Strong spoken and written communication skills are required, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to collaborate with virtual and global cross-functional teams and to work closely with engineering, design, and customer success is essential. Rigor and consistency in managing product backlogs and executing delivery are important. Preferred but not required: - A related technical degree - Familiarity with the Salesforce platform ecosystem (e.g., APIs, platform services) - Ability to design features in Figma with little design support ## Compensation and benefits The typical base salary range for this position is $197,300 - $313,700 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $237,700 - $344,700 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable. Salesforce offers a variety of benefits to help you live well including: time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchasing program.
