A fast-growing, privately held company is hiring a Territory Sales Manager in Riverside County. The company is helping to transform outdoor environments across communities by delivering turnkey solutions for educational, civic, and private organizations. In this role, the Account Executive will focus on developing new business opportunities across Riverside County (must live here to be considered). This is a highly consultative sale, with an average sales cycle of 3–6 months, targeting decision-makers across schools, cities, homebuilders, churches, and HOAs. Success requires both hunting new logos and nurturing relationships over time, as many clients return for additional projects or refer new business. To be considered, you must have at least one year of full-cycle B2B sales experience and a bachelor’s degree. Candidates must also be comfortable in a consultative sales process, balancing project management, relationship building, and proactive hunting. • Growth: 15% year-over-year growth in 2023; on pace to grow revenue 50%+ in 2024. • Clients: Working with major builders, large school districts, city municipalities, and private organizations across California and Arizona. Compensation and Benefits: • Base Salary of $75k-90K; OTE $125K–$145K in Year 1 • Yr 2 OTE: $200k - $220k, Yr 3 OTE: $252k - $272k • Uncapped commissions with accelerators • Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) The Right Background: Must Haves: • 1+ years of B2B sales experience (full-cycle selling) • Bachelor’s degree • Comfort managing a multi-step, consultative sales process that involves technical product knowledge and project coordination • Strong written communication and attention to detail Nice-to-Have Experience: • Experience selling into construction, real estate development, education, municipalities, or architectural verticals • Experience winning business through public RFPs or formal bids • Previous experience working in a technical or project-based sale where long-term relationship building was key
