This Sales Director position is an individual-contributor territory role with strong whitespace and a sizable opportunity to expand market share across DFW. It’s a flexible, field-based role — not office-bound — and is ideal for someone who enjoys being onsite with customers. The company is a growth-stage HVAC performance organization now entering a scale phase, and the role itself is highly consultative, sitting at the intersection of building performance, energy efficiency, and mechanical service partnerships. The ideal background is someone who has sold into hospitals, universities, or large commercial facilities and thrives in solution-oriented work with chief engineers, facility managers, and service partners. You’ll inherit an established book of business while driving continued growth in a territory with significant untapped potential.
