We’re a Michigan-based company that helps sell and support plumbing and heating products across the state—and we’ve been doing it for over 40 years. What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll help support our sales team and assist our customers. You’ll be a significant part of the company and involved in the day-to-day action. Your responsibilities will include: • Answering questions about pricing, delivery times, and shipping • Helping customers solve issues with orders or invoices • Providing basic product and technical support (we’ll train you!) • Tracking customer info and projects using our computer systems • Entering customer orders and helping recommend appropriate products • Building strong, long-term relationships with customers Who We’re Looking For You don’t need years of experience—we’re looking for someone who’s motivated and ready to learn. You might be a great fit if you: • Are working toward (or have) an associate or bachelor’s degree, or have similar work experience • Are reliable, organized, and able to work independently • Communicate clearly and enjoy talking with different people • Are comfortable using computers and basic programs like Microsoft Office • Pay attention to details and keep good records • Have experience in plumbing, heating, or HVAC systems (helpful, but not required) Why Work at Sales Service Plus?
