With roots overseas and a rapidly expanding U.S. presence, the organization has experienced tremendous growth and continues to scale across North America. About The Product The company offers luxury, fully customized structures that blend timeless design with modern functionality. Each piece is handmade, representing the pinnacle of quality and aesthetic appeal—often compared to the “Aston Martin” of its category. The Role The Sales Executive will oversee a designated territory and manage the entire sales process from lead intake through close. This is a consultative, high-touch, and design-oriented sales role requiring strong relationship management skills and project ownership. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultative salesperson with a design-build mindset- someone who thrives in high-end, relationship-driven environments and enjoys managing long sales cycles from concept to completion. Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle sales for large-scale, custom projects • Engage inbound leads through phone, email, and virtual consultations (20–70 touchpoints per day while building pipeline) • Create and present designs using CAD tools • Collaborate with internal design and installation teams throughout the build process • Deliver consistent monthly and annual sales performance (target: 2 closed deals/month once ramped) Sales Details • Average Sale: $150K (structure only); complete projects $200K–$750K+ • Sales Cycle: 9–12 months • Quota: Monthly and annual individual goals • Support: Provided with laptop, phone, and necessary sales materials Ideal Candidate Profile • 6–15 years of consultative sales experience, ideally in construction, design-build, or luxury home improvement • Strong communication and project management skills • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles and high-value transactions • Self-driven, organized, and accountable • Backgrounds in design-build, pool or landscaping projects, or luxury residential construction are highly preferred Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $65K • OTE: Average reps earn ~$150K; top performers exceed $170K+ • Mileage reimbursement and all sales tools provided
