The Cx Provider/Project Manager will oversee and manage commissioning projects from pre-construction through project close-out, ensuring project success and client satisfaction. Responsibilities • Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and clients both verbally and in writing. • Develop commissioning scopes, fees, and project plans in collaboration with internal teams. • Review and interpret project documents, specifications, and schedules. • Communicate contract scope, safety protocols, and regulations to project teams. • Serve as the primary client contact for assigned projects. • Conduct design reviews and facilitate OPR workshops as needed. • Create and update Commissioning Plans and test scripts (PFC, FPT, IST). • Perform site visits, witness tests, and document observations. • Lead commissioning meetings and manage issue resolution. • Prepare Commissioning Reports and Systems Manuals. • Support warranty walkthroughs, seasonal testing, and documentation updates. • Collaborate with accounting for invoicing and financial tracking. Skills • Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of MEP construction, commissioning, and project management experience. • Proven project management skills required. • Strong field experience and ability to interpret construction drawings and financial data. • Highly organized with strong leadership and client service skills. • Deep engineering knowledge, especially in the built environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Proven experience managing multiple projects end-to-end. • Skilled in handling sensitive situations with professionalism. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. • Knowledgeable in local energy codes and LEED commissioning requirements. • Ability to bend and lift 30 lbs. • Climb Stairs/Ladders • Project Management, PE, and Building Commissioning certifications preferred. • Experience with Cx Alloy and Building Automation Systems is a plus. • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards; OSHA 30 preferred.
