Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our hospitality team at a busy hotel. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen. Responsibilities: - Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, and pans in a timely and efficient manner. - Load and unload dishwashers, ensuring they are properly cleaned and maintained. - Help with food preparation and presentation by assisting with bussing and plating dishes. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and taking out the trash. - Assist with food handling and storage, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure dishes are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner. - Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. Skills: - Experience in food preparation and food service. - Knowledge of food handling and storage procedures. - Familiarity with restaurant and hotel operations. - Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as pots and pans. - Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others. - Experience in hospitality and customer service is a plus.
