Role: UX Lead, look for Dallas candidates who must come for an in-person interview Duration: 6 Weeks Location: US Remote We are seeking an experienced UX Lead to drive the end-to-end user experience strategy and design for a website redesign project. The UX Lead will partner closely with stakeholders and technical teams to define the site architecture, design system, accessibility standards, and ensure seamless integration of branded and functional components. Key Responsibilities • Audit the current website for content, structure, and functionality gaps. • Conduct competitor analysis and define the new site structure and navigation flow. • Develop reusable, modular layouts and branded design components that ensure scalability and consistency. • Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals. • Collaborate with developers during implementation to maintain design fidelity. • Ensure accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards through proper color contrast, keyboard navigation, and semantic structure. • Integrate client-provided content and support brand alignment across all templates and pages. • Support integration of external tools (e.g., Fiserv) to ensure a unified and consistent user experience. • Design reusable, modular layouts and branded components that ensure scalability and consistency. • Develop templates that preserve existing functionality while supporting new branding and UX enhancements. Qualifications & Experience: • 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on complex web applications and digital products. • Proven experience leading design efforts and mentoring junior or mid-level designers. • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, component libraries, prototyping, and developer handoff features. • A deep understanding of responsive design principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies. • Thorough knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience designing compliant solutions. • Excellent client communication and presentation skills. • Working knowledge of HubSpot CMS or similar content management platforms ( Preferred) Job Type: Contract Pay: $60.68 - $65.13 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Health insurance Work Location: Remote
