Full Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce-focused Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will ensure Salesforce capabilities are fully leveraged to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and an enhanced customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Act as a client-facing functional lead, partnering with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into Salesforce solutions • Lead and mentor other Business Analysts, ensuring best practices in requirements gathering and delivery • Conduct discovery sessions and facilitate structured requirements gathering workshops • Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications • Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure accurate and scalable Salesforce implementations • Support testing efforts, including writing test scripts and validating end-to-end solutions • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery processes Required Experience & Skills • 8+ years of Salesforce delivery experience in Agile environments • 8+ years as a client-facing functional lead, managing and guiding other BAs • Strong hands-on experience with: • Salesforce Core Platform • Salesforce Health Cloud • Salesforce Experience Cloud • Salesforce Data Cloud • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and data migrations • Proven experience creating disciplined, well-structured user stories from requirements Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills • Agentforce knowledge and experience (strong plus) • Salesforce configuration or admin-level capabilities • Experience writing test scripts and supporting UAT • Healthcare domain experience (preferred)
