WHY DO WE NEED YOU? What's the job? The Sr. Key Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor to our customers and partners, with a focus on long-term value creation, innovation, and collaboration. This highly skilled and customer-centric Sr. Key Account Manager will lead and grow strategic relationships with stakeholders in the data center sector. This role is critical in driving commercial success by positioning our manufacturing solutions as the preferred choice for high-performance, resilient, and sustainable data center projects. • Account Strategy & Growth • * Develop and execute strategic account plans for key data center customers and ecosystem stakeholders. • Identify and capture new business opportunities across product lines, services, and solutions. • Drive revenue growth and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Stakeholder Relationship Management • * Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders across developers, contractors, consultants, end users, and influencers in the data center market. • Position the company as a strategic partner, influencing specifications and project decisions. • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with customer needs. • Collaboration & Internal Alignment • * Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service) to deliver tailored solutions. • Provide market and customer insights to inform product development and innovation pipelines. • Lead account reviews, business cases, and forecasting to ensure alignment with company objectives. • Market & Industry Expertise • * Stay current on market trends, technological shifts, and sustainability requirements in the data center industry. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer forums to build thought leadership. IS THIS JOB FOR YOU? What do you bring? • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; (MBA a plus) • 8+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in manufacturing, building materials, or engineered solutions. • Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and influencing senior-level stakeholders. • Strong knowledge of the data center ecosystem (developers, contractors, design consultants, hyperscale operators, colocation providers). • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to work across functions and cultures with a collaborative mindset. • Strong business acumen with financial and strategic thinking capability. • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, driving business growth and profitability. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a results-oriented mindset. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. • Willingness to travel as required TO MAKE SURE NOTHING IS FORGOTTEN What are our perks? We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $111,000 to $177,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 15% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $127,650 to $203,500.
