Role Overview The Commercial Director will lead Verifi’s global new business, partnerships, and market development efforts. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the CEO for a proven commercial operator who can both design strategy and roll up their sleeves to deliver results. You will own the go-to-market approach for winning new customers, drive strategic alliances across our ecosystem, and open high-potential geographies. Working closely with our Head of Customer Success, you’ll ensure a seamless journey from first engagement through on-ground deployment and adoption. Key Responsibilities • Lead New Business Growth – Define and execute the strategy to acquire enterprise and SMB customers in ready-mix, infrastructure, and large construction segments • Build Strategic Partnerships – Establish revenue-generating alliances with admixture suppliers, OEMs, software providers, and integrators • Expand Markets – Develop and execute go-to-market plans for priority regions, working closely with the CEO • Shape Commercial Models – Optimize pricing, packaging, and partner structures for both SaaS and connected hardware • Establish Sales Operations – Implement forecasting, pipeline management, enablement tools, and performance metrics to support scalable growth • Collaborate on Deployments – Partner with Deployment Strategy, Field Services, and Product teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer success • Represent Verifi – Act as a senior face of the company at industry events, customer meetings, and partner forums • Build and Lead a Team – Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales and partnerships team IS THIS JOB FOR YOU? BENEFITS IN JOINING US Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position, which is $190,000 - 220,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 25% - 50% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $237,500 - $330,000. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
